The Asurity WS-1 Wet Switch Flood Detector is designed to prevent flooding, and damage to carpets, walls, furniture, and ceilings. Turns the system off when detecting moisture due to condensate or drain links. Includes a built-in test and reset button. One or two drops are all it takes to turn the system off, alerting the homeowner or service person to potential moisture problems.

The Basement Watchdog 360 water alarm has a patented design which allows it to detect water when placed on any side. Its slim design allows it to slide between your washer and dryer, takes very little space under your bathroom, kitchen or bar sink and easily fits behind your fridge where the water line comes in. Other crucial areas to place an alarm are next to your sump or sewage pit, in the drip pan of your air conditioner and under your dishwasher. The problem is detected before a flood occurs or mold can grow.
