The roller is a 1 in. high density polyethylene roller mounted on the end of a heat treated steel tension spring that is V-shaped. The 2 in. long V-shaped flat spring inserts into the screen frame giving tension required as the door slides back and forth.

This sliding screen door roller assembly insert has a high density polyethylene frame with an adjustable high density polyethylene inner housing and high density polyethylene roller. The assembly inserts into the bottom or top of the sliding screen door by snapping it into place. Roller housing adjusts to the correct position needed. The corner fits into the sliding screen door frame holding the bottom or top rails and the side stiles together.
