This is a center grooved sliding screen door tension roller that is used by a variety of sliding patio door manufacturers. Used on the bottom as well as the top of the sliding screen door. The roller is a 1 in. high density polyethylene ball bearing roller. The tension spring is 2-1/2 in. long and is a heat treated high tension steel spring. This is an Arcadia style roller assembly used by Arcadia doors as well as a variety of other sliding patio door manufacturers. This is also currently a very popular design amongst patio door manufacturers in today's market place. It has a wire tension spring and comes with a 1 in. high density polyethylene roller and fits onto the Prime-Line part B 569 corner insert. It is often used on the top as well as the bottom of the sliding screen door. Also look at Prime-Line parts B 515, B 610, B 714, B 736 and B 821 for similar spring tension rollers.
This sliding screen door top roller guide was used on HiLite Doors. The high density polyethylene body installs into the top of the screen door frame and is held in place by the included screw. Guide roller is a 11/16 in. oval ball bearing high density polyethylene roller. Use Prime-Line part B 544 for the bottom roller.
