Sprecher

This soda has the rich, creamy flavor that only comes from using pure Wisconsin honey direct from the combs. The soda extracts are prepared at the brewery in a hand-made, gas-fired brew kettle, by combining honey, pure vanilla and a host of aromatic botanicals. The dark, honeyed brew will build a delicious, frothy head when properly poured into a frosted mug.

A natural extension of our Award Winning Fire Brewed Root Beer, this twist on our classic is made with real Wisconsin Maple syrup as the sweetener, giving it a slightly more wintergreen flavor than the traditional vanilla forward Sprecher Root Beer, but still with that smooth creamy finish.

Sprecher cherry cola is bursting with the flavor of local ingredients. To make this cola, we select the door county cherry juice. Then we masterfully blend it with raw Wisconsin honey in our gas-fired brew kettle.

Fire-brewed craft Sprecher Ginger Ale with a serious gingery bite. Our handcrafted Ginger Ale is a sophisticated soda, pale in color and reminiscent of a light, sparkling chardonnay. Fire-brewing gives it a complex flavor that is very dry on the palate, combining the bite of ginger ale with a surprising hint of oak. Its unique taste is nothing like the ginger ale you are used to.

Green River is a lime-green citrus soda that has been a Midwestern icon for over 100 years. Green River was invented in Davenport, Iowa, rocketed to fame in Chicago and now it is brewed in Wisconsin by Sprecher Brewing Company.
