This Siemens 15 Amp 1 inch Single pole combination AFCI circuit breaker trips to the center position and features LED trip indicators. This combination breaker is intended for use as a circuit breaker and AFCI device. This breaker is UL listed.

AFCIs detect arcing faults an unintentional arcing condition in a circuit that standard circuit breakers are unable to detect. The device is intended to mitigate the effects of arcing faults by functioning to de energize the circuit when an arcfault is detected

These circuit breakers offer the new Self-Test and Lockout feature as required by UL 943, enabling the GFCI to automatically and continuously test itself to ensure that it is working properly. If it is detected that the device has been compromised, the device trips itself and locks out the homeowner from resetting the device, reducing the possibility of the homeowner incorrectly assuming that the device was tripped to prevent a ground fault.
