PVC-Lock fittings are designed for both constant and non-constant pressure outdoor irrigation use as a direct replacement for Schedule 40 PVC fittings. Tested to IGC 300 standards, PVC-Lock can withstand even the harshest of conditions associated with mainline valve-in and lateral line valve-out irrigation applications. Stainless steel teeth grip the pipe tightly and a special O-ring creates a watertight seal while still allowing for rotation of the fitting after insertion. A special advantage is that you can immediately pressurize the system with no wait time for joints to cure. The PVC lock bevel tool reduces the force required to insert pipe into fittings. The PVC-Lock removal tool enables easy maintenance and reuse of the fittings. Use PVC-Lock Slide Repairs to quickly repair a span of broken PVC pipe. For outdoor irrigation use with cold water only.
