The inside locks and unlocks using a thumb turn on the knob and deadbolt while the outside locks and unlocks with a key. The knob and deadbolt are keyed alike. For added security, a 5-Pin SC1 cylinder, brass cylinder in deadbolt, saw resistant deadbolt latch, and anti-pry shield work to keep intruders out.
