Scotch Vinyl Electrical Tape Super 88 is an 8.5-mil thick, premium grade all-weather vinyl insulating tape. It is designed to perform continuously in ambient temperatures up to 221°F (105°C). The tape is conformable for cold weather application down to 0°F (-18°C). It has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalies, acids, corrosion and varying weather conditions (including UV exposure). The combination of an elastic PVC backing and aggressive pressure-sensitive rubber-based adhesive provides moisture-tight electrical and mechanical protection.
