Sockets work with a circuit breaker distribution section in a rainproof enclosure for residential installations, rural service entrance, mobile homes and for temporary power on construction sites. The Eaton cutler-hammer 200 ampere ring less underground rain-tight Meter Socket is ANSI certified and UL listed. The meter socket is intended for use where electricity enters a home or dwelling to measure power consumption (meter not included). The socket has a rain-tight enclosure that is rated for outdoor use.
