Dremel

A shank with a screw-like head. Used primarily with Dremel polishing bits and accessories. For best results, insert the mandrel all the way into the tool and then back it out slightly before tightening down. This provides plenty of shank for the collect or chuck to hold onto. Simply remove the screw, line up a cut-off wheel or sanding band over the hole in the shank and replace and tighten the screw.

It can also be used for cleaning hard plastic or aluminum such as graphite golf clubs, aluminum wheels, silverware, jewelry and other precious metals. Long-wearing brushes ideal for general cleaning and polishing, especially in hard to reach places.

Use for light deburring, cleaning and polishing of silverware, jewelry and other precious metals. Brush can be used with polishing compound. Pack includes two Nylon bristle brush accessories.

The Dremel sanding drum mandrel holds a sanding band covered with an aluminum oxide abrasive. Sanding bands used on the sanding drum mandrel are sold separately. 1/2 inch bit diameter.

A cylinder covered with aluminum oxide abrasive that sits atop a mandrel with a 1/8 inch shank. The replaceable band covering the cylinder is available in extra fine (240 grit), fine (120 grit) or coarse (60 grit).
