Defoamer has been formulated specifically for eliminating foaming in pool and spa water without altering the water chemistry or imposing any adverse effects upon the water or swimmers. The unique formulation of this antifoam is designed to rapidly disperse throughout the body of water treated, to promptly eliminate existing foam and remain as a residual in the pool or spa to prevent subsequent foam formation for an extended period of time.

Essential for swimming pools utilizing salt systems, liquid chlorine (bleach) and calcium hypochlorite tablets or granular for chlorination. The cyanuric acid level should be maintained between 30 ppm and 85 ppm refer to local regulations regarding acceptable levels in commercial pools of chlorine stabilizer per 10,000 gallons of water will raise cyanuric acid level 10 ppm.

pH minus sodium bisulfate. High pH above 7.8 causes scaling, calcium deposition and cloudy water. Fast dissolving granular pool acid lowers the pH and alkalinity of pool water. Safer to handle than muriatic acid. 2.5 lb of pH minus is equivalent to 1 qt. of muriatic acid.
