York’s high adhesion formula for the HomeSeal window and door tape can be used to seal cracks, punctures, or variations in foundations or masonry walls. It also provides a superior barrier to air and moisture at construction joints and fittings around doors and windows. Its tough, high-density cross laminated polyethylene film resists physical damage and its proprietary, modified asphalt gives you the waterproofing effectiveness of traditional modified bitumen products along with a unique combination of high strength, low temperature adhesion and high temperature stability.

York 304 self adhering stainless steel has been desired as a lap/splice flashing for york metal flashing products and as a detail flashing for air barriers and windows. It is used to prevent air transmission through masonry curtain walls, construction joints and fittings.

YorkShield Vinyl Flashing is a non corrosive UV stabilazed rigid vinyl flashin. Used for deck and ledger board flashing, head flashing and sill pans for doors and windows, soffits and fascia boards, termite shield and shower pans. It is compatible with all pressure treated lumber. Bendable on any breake without cracking.
